FFF Guide to Life: Miranda Kerr

Mrs Bloom shares with fellow Modern Mother Elizabeth Clarke her must-have essential ingredients to leading a stylish and perfectly balanced life. Turns out you need more than a Celine bag, stash of Victoria Secret lingerie and a Hollywood lifestyle to be truly FFF-ing happy.

Read, be inspired and live life in true supermodel style… Thank you Miranda.

Holiday: Mustique, the island is still so untouched and the landscape is spectacular.

Stay: I love the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, it is one of the oldest luxury hotels in the world and the rooms are very royal.

Eat: KAWA Café in Sydney (346-350 Crown Street, Surry Hills), I love their menu and simple, fresh and organic produce. My favourite is the Chicken Ball Salad.

See: The MoMA in New York always has new and interesting exhibitions.

Shop: David Jones of course! They have all the brands I love and of course they stock KORA Organics.

Read: The Prophet by Khalil Gibran.

Listen: The Velvet Underground, Serge Gainsbourg, Radiohead, Iron and Wine and Nick Drake.

See: The film The Big Blue.

Charity: Kids Helpline, Thousands of children reach out for help each week to Kids Helpline with help and support we can all make sure they get heard.

Wear: Nudie Jeans, so comfortable and can be dressed up or down.

Drink: Water. Use an Alkaline Water Purifier. Having the correct balance of acid alkaline balance in the body is essential to good health and drinking alkaline water is a great way to achieve this.

Use: KORA Organics Skin Type Pack for Normal Skin, the pack is designed to provide you with the essential products needed for your daily skincare regime. We have created three different skin type packs to suit the different needs of customers.

Personal mantra: Live in the moment and be grateful for the life you have been given.
