Saucy Nigella!

We love salted caramel nearly as much as we love Nigella. So this special issue of Stylist edited by Nigella Lawson and featuring her dripping in said obsession is almost more than we can handle!

Nigella Lawson’s Salted Caramel Brandy Butter
Ingredients
Nigella’s salted caramel sauce (click on link for recipe)
150g soft unsalted butter
25ml brandy
Method
Beat 150g soft unsalted butter with an equal weight of cold salted caramel sauce and brandy to taste (I use about a shot, which is about 25ml) starting with a 15ml tablespoon. Chill in the fridge and serve with mince pies or Christmas pudding or both.
