WHAT: Deconstructed Pavlova
WHERE: Jackies, Sydney
WHY WE’RE FFF-ING LOVE IT: Deconstructed. Such a lovely, descriptive, ‘fashiony’ term. Much more glammy than Eton’s “Mess”. The dessert equivalent of John Galliano’s Spring 2003 collection, this frivolous concoction of colour, texture, crackle and pop was devoured at 3.00pm in the afternoon, making it an indulgent and slightly sinful FFF experience.
