FFF Guide to Life: Kylie Kwong

Kylie Kwong is the den mother of Chinese cuisine in Australia, so we can’t wait to get our mitts on her new book Simple Chinese Cooking Class. Kylie’s approach of using readily available ingredients with minimal fuss for fast and fresh-tasting results combined with classic Chinese techniques will have you tossing your wok like a pro in a snap. If you can’t have Kylie in the kitchen with you, this is the next best thing.

To celebrate the release of Simple Chinese Cooking Class, we invited Kylie to share some of her favourite picks from around the globe. Thank you Kylie!
